The promotion is open to UK residents only who are Instagram users, excluding employees of Niré Beauty, their associated companies or any other company linked to the promotion in any way, and the families of the same. This also excludes employees and those directly associated with @ijeomaaxo

 

T&Cs:

  1. Valid entrants must have followed @nirebeauty and @ijeomaaxo and registered by filling this form. After registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. Entrees are only valid if the email address is confirmed. A winner will be chosen within 48 hours of competition closure.
  2. Strictly one entry per person. Any users found by the Promoter to be using multiple accounts or sending duplicate tweets will be disqualified.
  3. Entries are only valid if they are completed correctly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries.
  5. The promotion opens at 20:00 GMT on 25/04/2018 and closes at 20:00 GMT on 09/05/2018 (the “Promotional Period”).
  6. All entries must be received by 20:00 GMT on 09/05/2018. Entries received after this will not be counted.
  7. There is no age requirement to enter the competition.
  8. The prize will be sent directly by the Promoter and prize provider to the winner’s address given.
  9. The winners will be randomly selected by the Prize Provider from all valid entries. No purchase necessary.
  10. The winner’s name and/or Instagram handle will be announced in a story/post on the @nirebeauty Instagram page. The winner’s name and/or Instagram handle may also be required to take part in post event publicity.
  11. The winner along with the other applicants will be also notified regarding the results of the competition via the email address provided within 7 days after the competition closure.
  12. All the applicants that entered the competition but did not win will receive a voucher code for the same product offered as a prize.
  13. In order to receive their prize, the winner is required to provide the Promoter with their full name and address they wish the prize to be sent to. Should a winner not provide this information within 72 hours of receiving confirmation from the Promoter that they have won a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  14. In the event of a redraw, the winner will be selected by the Promoter from all valid entries.
  15. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted with a cash alternative.
  16. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  17. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18. By entering this competition the applicants agree to have their email addresses added to the Promoter’s mailing list.  thus the applicant can be contacted via email for marketing purposes.
