We try to dispatch all orders from our UK warehouse in a maximum of 2 working days (Mon-Fri, not including public holidays) after payment is received. All orders are then sent with Royal Mail or Fedex depending on the option you choose at the checkout.

European Orders

International Orders
We currently offer FREE Express delivery for all International orders over £50.
We use Fedex International Priority to shipyour goods. Shipping charges vary from £10.00 to £22.00 for the rest of the world (delivery time between 1 and 8 business days) depending on each locationand the amount spent. Here is where you can find some estimated costs and delivery times, but you will always be able to find more accurate information at the checkout once the correct address is inserted.
All Niré Beauty products are made to last and come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty. If (in the rare case) there is an issue with your product, please email us at info@nirebeauty.com and we’ll happily arrange a replacement for you.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Although we hope you will love your Niré products, if you are not completely satisfied we will refund your product purchase (less postage costs).
